From some decades modelling is the beautiful micro-world in which I often shelt myself and from which, with fantasy, handwork and perseverance, are born my creations. The field of Dolly is a recent nice discovery that has me opened doors to a new way to make and had fortify my passion for the small, the detail, the precision.
My first creations have been executed in wood, a material that I love a lot, a friend that has never desappointed me, so much that some beloves friends of the Minitaly association called me "Mastro Geppetto".
A day, the search of "new" has made me to abandon gnawings of wood in order to focus myself on the realization of lamps, chandeliers, lampshades and all that concern cables and light bulbs... and is born "Lights and Shadows".

It's an interlacement of styles and ages... trying to reproduces from imposing chandeliers, sparkling of thousand lights reflected in a cascade of glass-drops, to modern floor lamp... from reading lamp of a professional study to the reproduction of oil lamp in my grandmother's house.
Every new plan is a challenge. Search of tissues for lampshades is every time more careful. Material for bases result from a continuous effort in order to render more likely possible to what everyone conserves in own memories or find today in own house.
Working of alabaster is fascinating even if to time source of "disappointements"...
